First Impressions
The first thing that struck us when we arrived wasn’t a single piece of furniture—it was the sheer scale of the operation. Many furniture manufacturers consist of small workshops with a handful of artisans. This was something entirely different
Meet the Craftsmen
With more than 700 skilled craftsmen working across seven specialized factories, the campus is a world-class manufacturing facility that has earned numerous international design awards. It took us three full days just to tour four of the seven factories, each dedicated to different stages of the manufacturing process.
How a Piece Comes Together
Walking through the facility is an experience in itself. The scent of freshly cut wood mixes with the sounds of metal fabrication, sanding, shaping, carving, and finishing. Every building reveals another part of the process, where raw materials are transformed into beautifully crafted furniture by highly skilled hands.
Despite the scale of the operation, craftsmanship remains at the center of everything they do. An organized production system ensures consistency and quality, with every piece passing through specialized craftsmen responsible for shaping, sanding, joinery, carving, finishing, and final inspection. Rather than replacing traditional craftsmanship, the manufacturing process supports it, allowing artisans to focus on what they do best while maintaining exceptional quality from the first cut to the final finish.
More Than Woodworking
Beyond woodworking, the facility is equipped to work with an impressive range of materials. Specialized departments handle everything from solid woods and reclaimed timber to metal fabrication, acid washing, powder coating, and a variety of custom finishing techniques. This versatility allows them to produce everything from warm, rustic designs to sleek contemporary pieces—all under one roof. While the factories are capable of large-scale production, every design still receives individual attention from skilled craftsmen at each stage of the process, ensuring that quality is never sacrificed for volume.
The company’s story is just as inspiring as the furniture it creates. Founded in the late 1990s by two brothers, the business began with little more than determination, leased tools, and a small workshop. Their father was a schoolteacher, and the family grew up with modest means. Through relentless hard work, a commitment to quality, and a willingness to embrace opportunity, they built one of India’s most respected furniture manufacturers.
Built for Custom Projects
Another strength of the facility is its ability to produce custom furniture. Whether adapting an existing design or developing something entirely new, the combination of skilled artisans, modern manufacturing capabilities, and extensive material expertise allows ideas to move efficiently from concept to finished product without compromising quality.
Why It Matters
After spending several days inside the factories, one thing became clear: this isn’t simply a large manufacturer. It’s a place where traditional craftsmanship, modern production, and generations of experience come together to create furniture that’s built to be admired and enjoyed for years to come
